Although DJ CEEBROWN’s music career started in 1995, his love and passion for music began as a child studying his uncle, an avid record collector. With an ear trained from his youth, DJ CEEBROWN’s passion for DJing was ignited by DMC competitions, learning battle routines performed by greats such as the Beat Junkies, X-Men and Ivisibl Skratch Piklz (ISP). Through steadfast devotion and a natural talent for the art of performance, CEEBROWN quickly acquired turntable skills that would lead to several world tours throughout North America, Europe, Japan and Singapore where he solidified himself as an international presence amongst well-respected artists and DJ's. Between his start in the 90's and now, CEEBROWN amassed an impressive body of work including when he performed as Tour DJ for The Pharcyde in 2008 on their critically acclaimed Rock the Bells reunion tour.
 
To date, CEEBROWN’s DJ sets have been featured on a number of popular radio shows across the nation including Southern California’s KPFK, New York’s East Village Radio, Dublab, Sacramento’s Rhythm 105.9 and on Mix Syndicate Radio, which is an international DJ organization of radio DJ’s. Since 2012, he has also embarked on several world tours as a Delicious Vinyl DJ performing opening DJ sets for Bizarre Ride Live, a show celebrating the 20 year release of their classic album, Bizarre Ride II and for TRDMRK, a collaboration between Slimkid3 of The Pharcyde and DJ Nu-Mark of Jurassic 5 in support of the duo’s self-titled album, Slimkid3 & DJ Nu-Mark.

CEEBROWN is also one of the co-creators of Bodega, a party established in 2009 focused on Brazilian, Cumbia and Afro-Latin rhythms featuring DJ talent from all over the globe. Some of CEEBROWN’s most notable residencies and corporate clients include Nokia Theater, AEG, Red Bull, Adidas, Nike and Jack Daniels, to name a few.
 
After years of dedicating himself to the many avenues of DJ culture and refining his craft, CEEBROWN is now widely recognized as one of the key tastemakers in DJ culture both in his hometown of Los Angeles and abroad. With an ever widening musical taste that includes R&B, Funk, 80’s, Salsa, Hip-Hop, Brazilian, Afrobeat, Soulful House and more, CEEBROWN is a seasoned DJ who continues to reinvent himself while igniting dance floors across the country and beyond.
